Tektronix P6135A
10X 150 MHz Passive Probe
Description
The Tektronix P6135A is a differential probe pair that is very carefully matched to minimize differences in impedance and signal delay.
With the differential amplifiers the P6135A has CMS ratios up to 20,000:1. Since a single 10X probe with accuracy of 1% or less gives a scope-to-probe CMS of no better than 50:1, the P6135A is necessary to obtain accurate results from your differential amplifier. Three pairs of carefully matched, precision-engineered hybrid tips allow the P6135A to be matched with all the Tektronix 11000, 7000 and 5000 Series differential amplifiers and comparators. It will provide excellent performance when it is used with plug-in amplifiers or the oscilloscopes that have input impedances of 1 M©/13-15 pF, 1 M©/18-22 pF and 1 M©/45-49 pF.
