Q: How long are the warranty terms and what do they cover?

A: Everything we sell at Alliance Test comes with a 10 Day Right of Return and a 90 Day Repair or replacement warranty.  Be assured that your purchase is protected.  We also offer extended warranties up to 12 months.

Q: Will the equipment be calibrated?

A: Yes we offer standard calibration from accredited ISO9001:2000 Registered and A2LA Accredited facilities (Z-540 & 17025).  Just let us know the standard you need and we will provide it.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes!  We can ship anywhere in the globe permitted by the regulations of the US Government.

Q: How do you pack sensitive test equipment?

A: We use foam in place packing and extra heavy duty walled boxing for everything we ship.
