Description
The Tektronix S3A is a Sampling Head.
The S3A Sampling Head is an active sampling-probe unit that has 100 kohm, and 2.3 pF input impedance. Up to 2 V of dc offset can be used while maintaining a 2 mV/div deflection factor.
