Tektronix P7360
6GHz Differential Probe
Description
The Tektronix P7360 is a Z-Active Differential Probes that has a bandwidth of 6 GHz.
The P7360 Z-Active architecture is a hybrid approach composed of a distributed attenuator topology feeding an active probe amplifier. The P7360 Z-Active probes use a tiny passive probe tip element that is separate from the amplifier, which extends the usable reach of the probe.
