Tektronix AM503
Current Probe Amplifier
Description
The Tektronix AM503 is a Current Probe Amplifier.
The AM503 Current Probe Amplifier allows display of current on any oscilloscope having 10 mV/div sensitivity, 50 ohm or 1 Mohm input, and at least 100MHz when using the A6302 or 50MHz when using the A6303. The amplifier attenuator has 12 calibrated steps in a 1-2-5 sequence, and the knob-skirt is illuminated to indicate the current per division.

Current Range, Maximum Current, and Bandwidth Determined by the Probe.
Allows display of current on any oscilloscope with 10 mV/div sensitivity, 50 ohms or 1 M ohm input.
Bandwidth can be set to Full (where it is limited by the probe in use) or to 5 MHz.
Coupling can be switch selected to ac or dc.
