Description

The Agilent N6731A is a 50 W DC power module. It will provide programmable voltage and current, measurement and protection features at an economical price, which makes these modules suitable to power the DUT or to provide power for ATE system resources like the fixture control. This module is to be used in the N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System.
