Description

The Agilent N5409A is a Fully Buffered DIMM Compliance Application tool. This will provide you with a fast and easy way to characterize and evaluate the signal integrity of your high speed FB-DIMM signals and your reference clock. The tests performed by the N5409A are based on the JEDEC High Speed Point-to-Point Link Specification.
