This Module has you need multiple lines of real data to characterize your device, the Agilent 80000 system delivers the required edge placement at up to 1GHz.

Affordability, plus PRBS and conformance to national and international electromagnetic regulations have made the 80000 system a preferred choice when characterizing fast ICs, modules, or components.

Pairs of channels can be added to provide multiplexed RZ signals up to 2Gbit/s.
