Agilent / HP / Keysight 8592L
8592L Portable Spectrum Analyzer, 9kHz to 22/26.5GHz
Description
The Agilent/HP 8592L Spectrum Analyzer is a wide band, very sensitive receiver.
The Agilent 8592L analyzer provides 200 functions whether it is being operated manually or remotely.
The Agilent 8592L gives you a full set of marker funtions including marker delta, marker peak search, and up to four on-screen markers. Time and date functions are useful for unattended operation and for data storage or output labels.
The 8592L allows storing data to internal memory, where over 50 traces and states may be saved, or to memory cards through the optional memory-card reader.
The Agilent 8592L allows data output to a printer or plotter through the optional GPIB, RS-232, or parallel printer interfaces.
Third-order intercept, percent AM, and "N" dB bandwidth are just a few of the built-in measurements of the 8592L.
The measurements are performed at the press of a single softkey and results are displayed on screen of the 8592L spectrum analyzer.
The downloadable program (DLP) capability lets the user write own built-in measurements using the DLP editor and an external keyboard.
The 8592L spectrum analyzer conforms to the environmental specifications of MIL-T-28800 class 5 to insure reliable and accurate performance in portable environments as well as indoors.
Key Points
Frequency counter: Eliminate the need for a separate frequency counter with the built-in frequency counter with ±2.1 kHz accuracy at 1 GHz (±7.6 kHz from 0 to 50 °C).
Multiple resolution bandwidth filters: Optimize the tradeoffs of speed, sensitivity and the separation of closely spaced signals with your choice of 10 resolution bandwidth filters beginning at 1 kHz.
142 dB amplitude measurement range:
Measures signals directly with -112 dBm to +30 dBm amplitude measurement range.
One-button measurement routines: Save time, setup, and training with one button measurement routines such as Adjacent Channel Power, signal bandwidth and Third Order Intercept (TOI).
Phase noise of 105 dBc/Hz at 30 kHz offset: Uncover small signals close to carriers with an internal phase noise that will not get in your way.
Dual interfaces: Operate remotely and print directly with the optional dual interfaces that combine either an GPIB or RS-232 port with a parallel (Centronics) port.
