The Agilent / HP 8568B Spectrum Analyzer is a high performance unit for bench and remote operation which covers the 100 Hz to 1.5 GHz frequency range. Frequency stabilized local oscillators and an internal counter brings unequaled measurement precision to RF spectrum analysis.
Exceptional frequency stability and local oscillator spectral purity of the 8568A enables the use of a 10 Hz resolution bandwidth to make difficult, close-in sideband measurements on RF signals.
The Agilent 8568A has a internal microprocessor which opens new horizons of operator convenience features.
Digital display, store and recall of control settings, automatic zoom-in and signal track functions are administered by powerful firmware within the 8568B, simplifying operation.
All functions of 8568B are programmable via IEEE-488 interface.
By adding measurement accessories and options, the Agilent / HP 8568B Used Spectrum Analyzers fit into many applications, including electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing, automated broadband signal surveillance, and component stimulus-response testing.

The Agilent 8568B allows the user to create custom measurement programs, either on an external controller or using the front-panel controls of the spectrum analyzer.
