Description

This generator's tracking sources allow the HP 8560 E-Series make high-performance scalar network analysis measurements at up to 6.5GHz frequencies.

For RF testing, the HP 85640A tracking generator and the optional built in tracking generator for the HP 8560E both cover 300KHz to 2.9GHz.
