Description

This unit is the recommended local oscillator for the 8970B noise figure meter.

It's characteristic low broadband noise reduces errors in measurements of low gain devices.

This unit can be used with 83550 series millimeter wave modules to generate signals to 110GHz.

All of its front panel functions are HP-IB programmable as well as SCPI compatible.
