83484A Dual channel 50 GHz electrical module
Description
This dual electrical channel module has two 50GHz bandwidth electrical channels. To have optimum noise performance when measuring small signals, the 26.5GHz setting is used. To have the highest accuracy and fidelity when measuring very high speed signals, the 50GHz bandwidth setting is used.
