83483A 20 GHz dual channel electrical module
Description
Plug-in module with two 20-GHz channels. Compatible with the Agilent 83480A and 86100A/B/C mainframes.
The 83483A provides two accurate measurement channels with user selectable bandwidths. The lower bandwidth mode provides excellent oscilloscope noise performance for accurate measurement of small signals. The high bandwidth mode provides high-fidelity display and measurement of very high-speed waveforms.
