70110A Digital Multimeter
Description
This Digital multimeter is a 2 slot MMS module that was specifically designed for ATE environments.
A complete set of math functions will allow data manipulation by the DMM instead of your controller.
The basic DC accuracy is 5ppm, and common mode rejection is more than 90dB (up to 180dB guarded and 166dB guard to low.
All the functions, including switching to guard to the low and switching between front and rear inputs, are accessible when using the SCPI-compatible remote commands.
