Description

This Module offers speed and accuracy for test optimization. This unit 1200W per mainframe, GPIB 66100 series will permit up to 8 outputs of 150W per output in 4U of rack space; will reconfigure fast with easily swappable modules; fast, low noise outputs; LIST mode and advance triggering system. The Agilent 150W, GPIB, module output this unit is a flexible modular supply that was designed for automated testing that will help meet changing requirements in ATE and production test with a modular design that conserves rack space and makes simple the system cabling and assembly.
