Agilent / HP / Keysight 5501A
5501A Laser Head
Description
The Agilent 5501B laser head, is used in Agilent interferometer systems.
It has a vacuum wavelength accuracy (3 &sigma, lifetime) of 0.1 ppm, and a standard beam diameter of 6 mm.
The laser head uses a proven long-life laser tube and includes a reference receiver and high voltage power supply.
The 5501B is a drop-in replacement for the Agilent 5501A laser head.
The 5501B is configured with appropriate optics and system electronics to build a laser interferometer system that meets the unique physical layout and measurement requirements of individual applications.
The custom positioning system improves product quality, increases yields, and facilitates manufacture of precision products.
