54753A Single Ended TDR/TDT Plug-In Module
Description
This TDR module is compatible with the Agilent 54750A, 83480A and 86100A/B/C mainframes.
This plug in has a built in TDR step generator.
The addition of the second vertical channel provides capability of performing single ended TDT measurements as well as TDR measurements.
This unit provides a 20GHz channel and an 18GHz channel for the Agilent 86100A Infiniium DCA.
