Description
This unit is a full-featured 20MHz Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator with pulse capabilities. It provides a wide variety of waveforms including pulse, and also arbitrary waveforms with 14 bit resolution, 64K memory depth, and a sample rate of 50MSa/s. In addition, this unit has sweep, burst, and modulation capabilities. With standard I/O such as GPIB, USB, and LAN, the 33220A is perfectly suited for stand-alone bench and system applications.
