This is a Line Impedance Stabilization Network.

This is a V-network, two line, single phase line impedance stabilization network (LISN).

This unit meets with the requirements of the FCC, VDE, and the European Norms (EN's) for commercial conducted emissions testing.

The color-coded pin plugs are for constructing a power cord to connect with the LISN.
