Agilent / HP / Keysight 10886A
10886A PC Compensation Board
Description
The Agilent 10886A is a PC compensation board.
This board increases the accuracy and repeatability of PC-based laser interferometer calibration and positioning systems, like the Agilent 5529A calibration system.
When using Agilent 10751C/D environmental sensors, the 10886A detects and compensates for changes in the system's operating environment.
Resulting errors can be compensated to provide a system accuracy up to ±1.5 ppm.
The 10886A can also compensate for thermal expansion errors that are detected by Agilent 10757D/E/F material temperature sensors.
As part of an Agilent PC-based positioning system, the 10886A can be used to improve performance in high-density disk drive applications (servo-track writing), and IC inspection and repair (X-Y stage positioning).
The exceptional accuracy of the laser system allows the precise positioning and motion control that is needed for the consistent manufacture of high-quality products.
