Agilent / HP / Keysight 54502A
54502A 400 MHZ DIGITIZING OSCILLOSCOPE
Description
The Agilent/HP 54502A is affordable general purpose digitizing oscilloscopes. These oscilloscopes are portable and completely HP-IB programmable.
The Agilent 54502A is a 400 MHz, 400 MSa/s sample rate, 2-channel digitizing oscilloscope designed for both repetitive and single-shot signals.
In repetitive mode, the Agilent 54502A has a 400 MHz bandwidth. In real-time mode, its 400 MSa/s sample rate provides a single-shot bandwidth of 100 MHz.
Like other members of the Agilent 54500 family, the Agilent 54502A has all the digitizing advantages of oscilloscopes that are much higher in price.
Its high repetitive/single-shot bandwidth, ease of use, HP-IB programmability, and HP 54500 family general purpose features make it a powerful tool for both manual and automated test applications.
The Agilent 54502A oscilloscope stores and recalls up to four front-panel setups and four waveforms in nonvolatile memories.
An HP-IB compatible printer or plotter can be used with the Agilent 54502A to get a hardcopy output of the oscilloscope display.
The Agilent/HP 54502A provides window function which is similar to dual timebase in analog oscilloscopes. This function picks a portion of the main sweep and displays it below the main sweep waveform. The display can contain up to four main sweep waveforms and four timebase window waveforms, using two sweep speeds.
The Waveform Function of Agilent 545402A allows making measurements on a waveform that is stored in a Waveform Memory or on the results of a mathematical calculation.
There are 16 parametric measurements the Agilent 54502A can make automatically. These measurements are made with preset measurement definitions or by user defined measurement thresholds.
