This Transistor Noise Analyzer accurately evaluates transistor noise voltages, noise currents as well as providing a direct measurement of noise figure.

The Agilent 4470B is a Transistor Noise Analyzer.

Complete flexibility is provided for the measurement of all three functions including application to both bipolar and field-effect transistors.

The Analyzer performs "spot" frequency measurements at 9 frequencies between 10kHz and 100kHz.

A wide range of current control and internal source resistance's can be implemented.

The instrument has a large mirrored backed meter for easy viewing.
