VCO/PLL Signal Analyzer
Description
This analyzer is normally used with a low noise signal generator to make up a 4352S test system.
This system can evaluate the characteristics of VCOs and PLLs that are essential to designing local oscillators used in RF wireless communications equipment.
It can operate in either Signal Analyzer or VCO tester modes up to 3GHz.
This unit provides and controls all of the signals (DC control voltage, DC power and 1KHz modulation) that are required to test the VCO/PLL.
