Description
This unit provides two voltage monitors and two voltage supplies with built in ammeters.
The voltage monitors can be connected in a differential measurement configuration for improved resolution.
This unit module occupies a single slot in the 4142B mainframe.
This unite HP 4142B Modular DC Source/ Monitor with one of this unit's High Current Unit (HCU) and one High Voltage Unit (HVU) can source/measure up to
lOA/lOOOV.
This can be easily extended to 2OAl2OOOV by using two HCUs and two HVUs.
