Description
This DC Source makes DC or pulsed measurements to +/-1000V with the HVU source monitor unit.
Its low leakage design allows current measurements down to 2pA.
A special high voltage triaxial cable, connectors, fixture interlock, and a LED status indicator provide hazard protection and convenience while maintaining full system accuracy.
