Description
This unit combines two separate function generators in one instrument.
The Main Generator and the Modulation Generator.
The frequency range of the main generator is 0.1Hz to 13MHz in 8 decade ranges.
The Modulation Generator frequency range is from 0.01Hz to 10KHz.
Both the Main Generator and the Modulation Generator provide sine, square, triangle, ramp, and pulse outputs.
