Description

This Phase Noise Measurement System provides a standard process for measuring phase noise from a variety of sources.

This system software uses the 11848A interface to demodulate the phase noise of a carrier in the frequency range of 5MHz to 18GHz and measures the resulting baseband signal with the analyzers.
