Description

This is a FET input differential probe with 500MHz bandwidth and greater than 40dB CMRR (Common Mode Rejection Ratio) at 10MHz.

This unit offers the flexibility of 10X gain and 10:1 attenuation for a maximum of 100:1 attenuation.
