Description
This unit is a 10:1 passive probe with 150MHz bandwidth.
This unit was designed for use with the 54645A oscilloscope and the 54645D mixed signal oscilloscope.
The unit identification feature will automatically configure the oscilloscope for the probe attenuation.
The unit will include the following accessories, the retractable hook tip, orange, white, blue and green identification tags, ground bayonet, IC probing tip, an adjustment tool and an alligator clip ground lead.
