Network Analyzer
Description
The Advantest R3754B is the 150 MHz vector network analyzer, which has been designed based on a concept “an optimum tool for each application”.
The R3754B has achieved high throughput such as 50 micro s/points high-speed measurement at a resolution bandwidth (RBW) of 15 kHz, 127 dB (RBW 1 kHz) wide dynamic-range measurement, and two-device simultaneous measurement with two-channel/four-trace display.
Also the program sweeping function has been added that can freely change the resolution bandwidth, output level, and input attenuation during sweep operation for each segment.
The R3754B employs semiconductor switches for changing the output level and for switching the input attenuator, it allows the optimum high-speed level sweeping for the drive level test of the oscillator.
With the built-in BASIC controller, a high-speed ATE system can be easily configured with no external controller for processes from adjustment to inspection.
The R3754B has a wide dynamic range of 127dB with switching of input attenuator/preamplifier. High speed and long life using semiconductor switches for switching input attenuation.
For each segment, the Program sweeping function of R3754B allows setting of frequency, outputlevel, input attenuator, RBW and settling time.
By using an MS-DOS personal computer, it is easily possible to create programs and analyze data because of the disk conformed to MS-DOS format standard. Three modes of storage capacity are available in the R3754B.
The R3754B should be installed in an area which is free from corrosive gas, away from direct sunlight, dust free, vibrations and noise.
Although the R3754B has been designed to withstand a certain amount of noise riding on the AC power line, it should be used in an area of low noise. Although a noise cut filter can be used to avoid ambient noise.
The R3754B has an air outlet hole on its rear panel. Never block or plug the hole, as the resulting internal temperature rise will affect measurement accuracy.
The R3754B can be used safely under the following conditions: Altitude of 2000 m maximum above the sea level, Installation category II and Pollution degree 2.
The available range of the AC power is 90 to 132 V and 198 to 250 V. This input voltage is automatically switched between 100 VAC system and 200 VAC system.
