Description
This unit represents one of the most significant improvements in wide bandwidth sampling oscilloscopes in over a decade. Jitter performance has been reduced by almost an order of magnitude to 200fs RMS. Timebase resolution has also been improved from 10ps/division to 2ps/division Because this unit improves timebase jitter and linearity by more than a factor of five it provides extremely accurate views of 40 Gb/s waveforms.
