We aim to always provide the following at a minimum to our customers!
1) Answer your phone. Yes, we answer the phone, no automated attendant at Alliance Test!
2) Don't make promises unless you will keep them. We always try to do what we say and say what we will do! This reduces everyone’s stress level and things are so much easier when you know what to expect, in advance!
3) Listen to your customers. We spend a lot of time on this- with our customer’s interest always foremost in mind. Have a question? Problem we can solve? Just ask.
4) Deal with complaints. By doing all of the above proactively we hope to avoid causing complaints! But no one is perfect and we do not live in a perfect world. So if you have a complaint please let us know, we will do our best to fix it, and whatever we need to do to avoid it in the future…
5) Be helpful - even if there's no immediate profit in it. Yes we are here to help! We are good at what we do and have a lot of knowledge that we are happy to share!
7) Take the extra step. We love a challenge and we are good at doing whatever it takes to solve a problem or meet your needs. We will do whatever we can to help, no question.
