Ando AQ6331 Description:

The Ando AQ6331 Optical Spectrum Analyzer is a newly developed portable optical spectrum analyzer (OSA) with the high performance required for 50GHz and 100GHz DWDM network testing in both the C and L bands.

The AQ6331 is compact, yet has all the features required for DWDM system evaluation.

The AQ6331 is the only portable optical spectrum analyzer to bring scientific specs into field applications.

The AQ6331 can simultaneously measure up to 100 channels of DWDM signals.

Further, the AQ6331 has excellent wavelength resolution, with accuracy and dynamic range equal to that of any conventional bench top OSA used in research and development applications.

Unique rugged design and portability makes the AQ6331 an ideal tool for field applications such as construction, inspection and maintenance work.

The AQ6331 displays individual traces of three waveforms and compare a reference waveform and a measurement result to determine the difference between the two waveforms.

The Long-term function of AQ6331 sweeps at selected intervals and stores the results of DWDM analysis (peak wavelength, peak level and SNR of each channel). This function enables long-term monitoring for changes within each WDM channel.

Optical amplifier output and high output laser diodes in DWDM systems can be measured directly using AQ6331 because the range of measurement level is +20 dBm.
