Description
The Lecroy AP020 is a FET Probe.
This Probe extends the measurement capabilities of any oscilloscope.
They will provide higher resistance, lower capacitance and a flatter system bandwidth than passive probes.
The reduced load on the circuit being probed results in a more accurate measurement.
