The Agilent N6733A is a Modem Adapter Assembly. The 50 W DC power module has programmable voltage and current, measurement and protection features at a an economical price, that will make these modules suitable to power the DUT or to provide power for ATE system resources like the fixture control. This module is to be used in the N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System.
