Description
This unit is a wideband differential active probe.
This probe features low noise, low input capacitance, high common mode rejection, and Field Effect Transistor (FET) buffered inputs in the probe head.
User selectable offset gives the probe flexibility to measure a large range of signal types.
Plug on attenuators and AC coupling accessories further extend the application range.
This unit is a FET input differential probe with 1GHz bandwidth and greater than 19dB CMRR (Common Mode Rejection Ratio) at 500MHz.
It offers the 1:1 attenuation, making it ideal for characterizing high bandwidth, low voltage signals.
